This is a Ruffle Butts brand swim suit. Size is 18-24 Months. There is a three snap closure on bottom and zip down in the back for easy changing. The colors are blue and white with cute ruffles on the bottom. There is some slight piling on the back lower bottom but barely noticeable. Otherwise no snag, stains, or rips. Ready for some summer lovin’ in the sun!
