NWOT Flirty Red Summer Dress with loose bell dolman sleeves

Summery short sleeve flirty red dress with bell dolman sleeves. Cute with flats or heels. Goes from beach cover up to flirty dress by Lock & Love. Soft and comfy. I took the tags off & washed it in All Free & Clear before I realized it was too small for me. It's a medium with roomy bust and v neck. Appx 13 inches across the elastic unstretched just below the breast, stretches to 25ish. About 31" from shoulder to hem. Consider monitor/ phone settings may cause slight color variations.
