insidermanSince this is an Italian manufacturer, I'm wondering if this is IT42 rather than EU42. EU 42 is roughly equivalent to IT 48 or a US 12. IT42 is roughly equivalent to EU36 or a US 6. Since your measure ptp is 34", This is probably US 4 - 6. At any rate, the 34" chest is too small for my wife, who wears US14.

graceshop_lee@insiderman Hi, Thanks for pointing that out! I believe you may be correct that this is an Italian IT42 rather than EU42. I added the measurements in the photos to help with sizing reference. Unfortunately, it sounds like it would be too small for your wife, but I really appreciate your helpful insight!
