The bodice is ample and blousy with smocked ruched elastic waist line. Beautifully gathered, romantic ruffled dress. This dress is sheer at the bodice. The skirt is lined with a sheer pale grey slip, so it's not as sheer as the bodice. Smocked ruched elastic waist creates pleating in the draping of this dress. Fabric: 100% viscose. Dry clean only.
