Torrid Peplum Floral Blouse

In excellent condition. Has one small snag near the shoulder (see last picture). Peplum style top- runs long in the length and is low cut in the front. Size 1- fits like a 1X/2X. Pit to pit: 23 inches Length (shoulder to hem): 26 inches Waistband: 17.5 inches laying flat; stretches to 22 inches laying flat
