Beautiful full a-line skirt with pleating all the way around, red flowers and design, fully lined with back zip. Would look great with a black tank top, leather Moto jacket, and black patent Christian Loubatin stilettos. This is a well made skirt and has a lining. Tag says S; waist is 13” across and skirt is about 28” long. In excellent condition.
