Beautiful flowy button up blouse. Navy blue with floral pattern. Flowy sleeves and ruffles along the front. Semi sheer shown in fifth picture. In excellent condition except for a small tear on the bottom seam. Shown in the last picture but hardly noticeable when worn.
Size on tag is women’s large but fits a medium or small depending on desired fit

@retiredbliss15 No problem! It was difficult to get an exact measurement due to the material but buttoned up and lying flat it is approximately 21” pit to pit
