This is a maxi skirt/strapless dress from Bisou Bisou, size XS. The fabric is a very soft and stretchy jersey. It is black with a heathered look to it with slightly metallic thread. It can be worn as a maxi skirt or a strapless dress. It is elastic at the top with a tied bow detail. It is in excellent condition, only worn once or twice.
