The dress is formfitting, and has a mermaid flare at the tail of the dress, constructed from layers of soft tulle. NOTE: This is a NEW/NEVER WORN dress that was a designer sample. As is the nature of beaded/bejewled dresses, there are a few crystals/sequins that are slightly loose and may need to be tightened up otherwise the dress is in beautiful condition.
