This skirt is made of a medium heavy material that feels good on and gives a lot of swing to its fuller cut. It runs true to size with a partial elastic waist. There are a few small pulls at the waistband- barely noticeable - so I am pricing accordingly. Truly adorable with a retro blouse or a fitted sweater!
