Very Nice top. I have never worn it because it is a little short & I prefer below the waist tops. It has a drawstring at the waist, creating a ruffled peplum type look. PTP was an approximate measure because it is dolman stype top and pits were hard to guess. But I would say it can range from 18.5"-22".
