Vintage Newport News Reversible Brocade/Velvet Jacket, Size S, never worn, mint condition, bought circa 2001. One side is black velvet while the other is a beautiful floral red mandarin brocade. The jacket is a size small but missing tag and some measurements follow to help with fit.
armpit to armpit laid flat is 21 inches
the sleeve underarm seam is 20.5 inches
the back length is 22.5 inches
