Hem & Thread Hooded Women’s Sweater Size Small White/Cream with Black Polka Dots

Like new super adorable women’s sweater from Hem & Thread. Sweater is a white/cream color with black polka dots. Polka dots are actually more like little Pom poms (pictured). This is from one of my favorite boutiques at the Jersey shore.
