janispence @plant_lover77 I could do that but I don't think it's going to help. I wear a 7 1/2 these are a 9. The strap has an adjustable Velcro closure so it shouldn't hurt.

plant_lover77 @janispence I have a spinal fusion surgery in 2 weeks and I'm trying to find a pair that will stay on my feet securely. Do you think these would stay on? I have a pair that are slip-ons but they aren't very secure. Sorry for all the questions!
