Ralph Lauren Vintage jacket/ blazer. Two diagonal pockets that are partially opened on the left, and one unopened diagonal pocket on the right. One unopened breast pocket. Slit in back. Fake button hole on collar for pin Slightly worn on elbows and right pocket as seen in photos. I have not tried cleaning this off, so could just need that!
