sidehustlecharm @jacs020514 hi From neckline to the bottom is 27 inches from the shoulder to the bottom is about 31 inches. Measurements are approximate. I did wash it and dry it to be able to cut around the stabilizer from the inside. It may have shrunk a tiny bit in the dryer.

sidehustlecharm @jacs020514 I don’t think it looks like 3x maybe between 3x between three and 2X, my husband has the same one in the same size fits my husband nice he’s 6ft 4 and 250 it doesn’t look to big or small on him. It’s a comfortable size for him. Hope that helps.
