Halloween costume of Mavis from Hotel Transylvania: black tailored short sleeves dress and short cape. Dress is small: armpit to armpit 15”; waist 14”; the fabric is thick and a bit stretchy; plastic zipper on the back; the cape was purchased in Target and shortened. Total length is 32”; I made it for myself but it will fit a slim tall child; junior girl
