mariemagdaleno I’m interested in this curtain panel however can you tell me if it is blackout? Will the light go through? Also is the fabric shiny or is that just the way it looks in the photo? Thank you.

perfectcents @mariemagdaleno I’m not sure if it is “Blackout” or not but it does have a heavy back on it. I don’t think light will come through it. It is not super shiny, but it does have a sheen. Thank you for your interest:)
