🐾Meet Ella! 🐾

We adopted Ellie on 4/27/24 through a dog rescue organization. She is a “Frenchton,” which means she is part French Bulldog & part Boston Terrier. She is 27 lbs of cuddly muscle. She was used for breeding, so she’s had a couple litters of puppies by c-section. After that, breeder dogs are unwanted by unscrupulous breeders. That’s how she ended up with the rescue organization. She needed treatments for some health issues that were avoidable if she had proper attention. Now she’s spayed, microchipped, & in good health. She is our new Customer Service Rep, so please address all complaints to her, along with a treat. She will tell me to get back to you as soon as she’s done licking her face. There are great pets at rescue organizations & humane societies. 🐾 Adopt, don’t shop! 🐾 Update: I’ve been calling her Ella & EllaBelle & she seems fine with it. Her foster mom called her EllaMay. •June 2024: Ella plays fetch with me with her nylabone but not with balls. Thunderstorms don’t bother her, she doesn’t react to squeaky toys. Cats, birds, & squirrels need to stay off her land though. She has become comfortable with the whole family. She likes to nap pressed up against me. •10/21/24 She loves to watch videos of animals on YouTube. Especially squirrels & horses! •1/15/25 We have noticed over the past few months that she is overly scared of our foot movements near her. We’re pretty sure someone in the past kicked her, & probably on purpose I hate to say.
