@vjfarrington1 hey sorry for the delay. Yes the materials for the boots have to be specially ordered and hand made. I can refund your money. And you can reorder. The original price supposed to be at $200. So I wasn’t sure if I wanted to them for the lower price that you seen. Posted. However, they are being made and sent out.

@luv2b867 hey yes they are true to size. However the boots were supposed to be set for preorder. We are in the process of getting the materials for them. They were initially set to start being sold in September. However, we have pushed the date forward and the boots will start being sent out within 1-2 weeks.

@elshanna 1St, I don’t accept any orders. It automatically purchases them. 2ND , I don’t get paid any money or have any money from the orders until the customer receives the product. 3Rd , that’s why I’m not selling through Poshmark and will be using Shopify , because you can’t go to Saks Fifth and pick out there product and take it home before you pay so that want be the case with my product either. Lastly, all orders through Poshmark will be refunded and you can order through Shopify.

@raheemgaines, if it's an offer, u have to accept it. It's not automatic. You literally have the clientele ready to spend money with u on a high demand product, but u underestimated yourself, I assume. if the orders aren't ready on poshmark, what does moving to shopify gonna change. so now you have to cancel all these offers u accepted. Lastly, I know it's not scamming it's just that u were unprepared on your end.

So orders have been cancelled and customers have been redirected to Shopify for purchase? This still doesn’t seem quite right because of the high demand, yet boots are not ready to ship. I have not seen anyone comment about receiving the boots so that is not a good sign, and promises have not been kept to customers. I wouldn’t order and it’s not good business acumen. Sorry but we have to be honest as customers. You can’t guarantee the product…..

@jerionchism SO WELL SAID. However, we’re going to be doing both. We are prepared to make them PER ORDER. Just not through Poshmark. We also have another business (SNRFREEWINGZ) on instagram, so with multiple businesses, Poshmark wasn’t a good platform to sale on due to you having to buy and make the product BEFORE any payment is received. Which is why we chose to sale on Shopify. And now have all the material to make the boots as the orders come. I hope this helps you guys.
