franc_y Sure! Through the bust is 15”. The band under the bust is 14”. The lining under the dress in the hip area is about 24”. The length is about 52.5”. I am 5’7” and always wore a heel as the dress is full length and would not work on me with a flat. I’ve added photos showing the measurements, but let me know if you have more questions!

franc_y @mpenida you’re welcome! The straps are adjustable, but I’m not sure that it would shorten the dress as much as you need. A good tailor or seamstress may be able to remove the piping around the bottom, cut the dress, an te-attach it.
