Size 2 girls lined lavender unicorn duck boots NWOT

NWOT Small pink flaw on front of boot; looks like a small dye leak during manufacturing. Not at all noticeable; boots came with flaw…not from wear. Bought these for my daughter and they do not fit her. She is a U.S. size ONE…boots are sized as a ONE, but fit like a TWO. See comparison pic with Cat and Jack sandals which run true to size. Even as a size TWO girls US, there is plenty of room for socks! Fully lined with fuzzy fleece.
