NWT Sage silk jumpsuit by Reformation. Color is artichoke (I would describe as sage, funnily enough). Labeled 4, fits tts. Has only been tried on, no flaws. Bought for a wedding but went a different direction. I suggest looking at the ref size chart for measurements, smocking in the back makes this work for a range of busts (comfortable on me at 34" with 32D and 39" hips, would probably not recommend for larger hips than mine). Straps are non adjustable but have an extra loop inside to be let out if needed
