HIGH WAISTED FLARE pants bell bottoms S

Red high-waisted flare pants from the 1970's. Brand is "Gotcha Covered". Red cotton, like a fine-wale corduroy. Front pockets, metal zip fly and snap closure. These actually came to me with about 12" of the right leg missing, so we replaced it with some vintage cotton fabric that used to be curtains. Tagged as "11M" but runs like a modern S. I'm a US 6, and couldn't close these. Please compare the measurements below with non-stretch pants or jeans you have at home that fit well. Aside from the replaced leg, these have no flaws or wear! Waist: 27.5" Hip: 38" (taken 9" down from front center waist) and they were taken in a tiny bit on the curve of each hip, so you could let it back out for another 1" if needed. Original seams still intact, would not need to sew, just snip out alteration stitches Rise: 12.25" Inseam: 32.5" Hem circumference: 25" (O7)
