Retro Royal Blue Fit and Flare 1950s-Style Swing Dress with Short Sleeves and Tie in Back Condition: Good, except for one small stain on the front, which I have tried to picture. Price reflects flaws. Pictured with petticoat underneath to illustrate fullness. Measurements (note: very stretchy): Bust: 32" Waist: 24" Hips: Full Length: 38" Material: Not specified on any label that I could find, but I would guess a spandex blend. I recommend that this be hand-washed.
