VTG Penguin beach coverup S mini dress big stripes pockets grommets early 2000s

In good used condition, this Penguin mini/beach coverup screams summer by the ocean! It has that rugged sailor vibe with a big dose of cute. The cotton is thick and excellent quality with big navy stripes, half circle pockets with exposed stitching, 2 white grommets under the arm holes, small side vents at the hem and a wide scoopneck. Flaws: It must have been stored near something purple for years because there’s some faint purple brush marks in 2 spots that I can see: the back of the left shoulder and the front in the right side. I have not spot treated it, but I have hope that it could be removed because when I steamed it for photos it did fade. Despite that flaw, this is a high quality piece that will last for years!
