dharma06851 @jillianliss12 I can not it is already completed so no option on my end plus u escalated it to posh left one star and claimed unresponsiveness when i responded to u very quickly and told u i was going to reach out to the other buyer.. the only option at this point is to enjoy the jacket and reposh the zip.. other buyer would have been happy to swap on my dime but again given that somehow transaction was set as complete - then after u reached out and later rated - there is no option on my end
