Size 18 Approximate measurements while laying flat.= 23 inches from pit to pit. 19 1/2 inches from side to side at the waist. 23 1/2 inches from side to side in the hip area. 54 inches long. I do not see a fabric tag or washing instruction tag. There is no indication that it has been removed. I would assume a dress like this would have to be professionally cleaned.
