Hispania - Womens Beige Ruched Top Sz. SM/MD

Made by Hispania. Every seem on this top is on an elastic band, there it is super stretchy. Ruching flows down the entire top. There is no size tag. Approximate measurement is 16" ptp. This top is so stretchy that it could be worn as a top or a short mini dress. (See photos). Gently worn, but still in good condition.
