@katiehofmaster Hi, the waist measurement is about 14.5 inches, the rise would be high rise with a super stretchy waistband, the leg opening is about 17.5 inches with a flowy design, and the inseam is about 4 inches! The shorts material consists of 55% cotton and 45% viscose exclusive of elastic! Hope this helps and let me know if there is anything else I can help with!
