Moods by Krizia, which was sold exclusively at The Limited, was one if the original collaborations between a high end designer and a mall-style store. This shirt was created and purchased between 1984 and 1986. The Limited was the quintessential shopping destination for high school and college girls who could afford, or saved up to purchase shirts and bottoms that cost close to the same as Urban Outfitters, today. The limited became more of a career store over the course of 20 or so years, but it truly was the store you ran to, after school on a Friday evening, before a date or party., back in the eighties. This shirt was cut to move beautifully, like a shift dress. This was designed, cut and fabric-bought, better than most high end items today. I swear it looks like it is less than a year old. The fabric is weighty, yet so soft and breathable. The weight allows it not yo bulk, but rather to hang and move with grace. The only reason I am selling, is that I am a size x-small, and this is a medium. It is a little big, and I will continue my search for the same shirt in a size small.
