Beautiful and in excellent condition 100% silk skirt. Beautiful lustrous deep green and reds and purples. Phoenix designs on skirt with a stretchy waist and a slit on the left side. Very cute and warm in winter and cool in summer because it is silk and not synthetic materials. 14 inch waist on one side so 28 inches total NOT stretched. Stretched it gets to 18 inches on one side so approx 36 inches total stretched. It would be tight at total stretch but just letting you know it gives a bit at the waist. Has an elastic band inside the waist band only on the back. Just too small for me or I would keep it.

festiful_closet @maddiepenree waist at the top is 14 inches one side NOT stretched so total of 28 inches. Stretched it gets to 18 inches on one side so approx 36 inches total stretched. It would be tight at total stretch but just letting you know it gives a bit at the waist. Has an elastic band inside the waist band only on the back. The model in the pics has 40inch hips at the largest point. I’m sure you can also look up a size chart from the citron website. Thanks for checking out my closet!
