What is the jacket material, how to clean too and what is the Brand name?

@blessedja it’s a Helen Heart creation jacket is all red sequence outside lining is polyester to keep the life of it I recommend hand wash line dry or wipe with a damp cloth if want it to last long

@madetofit77 Damaged items, BAD!! Damage was NOT disclosed by seller!! WORST EVER. Both these items were purchased from this person in advance to wear on a cruise. The red jacket has a LARGE HOLE in the back and the Gold wedge shoe, the right one broke causing me to fall, the few minutes I started to walk in them. It is in half two piece and can tell it has been broke before she sold to me!!! They have been glued, together to sell in a lie.
AWFUL.
