Rare French made world watch Swiss movement silver tone case gold bezel

30 mm diameter silver case, gold bezel. Original blue leather band treated with Mink oil. Triple dial the upper crown controls the city (time zones) dial, the lower crown controls the hour differential. The center crown controls the 3 hand movement.
