This yellow raincoat is belted and has a detachable hood that also can cinch tighter around your face. It has a zip plus snap enclosure. Extra neck tab and snap closure to keep out the wind. The coat is fully lined with polyester fabric. It is a very nice weight coat. On the dressier side rather than utilitarian. Button cuffs. Nice silver accents for snaps & belt loops. I wore it without the belt and it looked great. Tie belt included. Excellent preloved condition in a size large. Not oversized. See pics for measurements. Two side pockets.
