This listing is for a blue dog or cat harness. Size is XXS. My puppy Pom was 4lbs when he wore it. He grew so fast, it was only used twice! I actually bought my puppy another one just like it in a bigger size! It’s a soft mesh material, but made strong. It has Velcro so you can adjust the fit. This harness is so cute!
