@luce_del_sole hi! Ptp I stretched is 20” stretched approx 22”, length not cinched is 32”, as far as arm opening the straps are removable so it can be with the straps or without. But with the straps, it is adjustable so there’s quite a bit of room. I hope that answers your question. Thank you.💗

You’re so sweet. No, not a one piece. I have bottoms that would have matched this top. I AM interested in summer clothing that is cute but loose (conscious of my belly) for 4th of July 60th birthday in hot weather! Shorts I have on now are 16” across the waist. The B&W shirt you have is an XL and fits well. I have one like it 😃
