@lolisposhcloset hello! Thanks for asking! I’ve updated the listing just now! It’s approx 17” from the bottom of the arm pit ruffle to armpit ruffle. It’s approx between the top and second button and it has pleats. The waist has a tie waist and is approx 15”. The length is approx 47”. Thanks!
