Measurement: 27.5" - 35.4" Harness can be disconnected and used separately. This safety restraint consists of 1 harness and 1 short leash that buckles into the seat-belt holder. The harness can be used for daily use since it's made from durable nylon fabric. The harness includes padding and fully adjustable chest straps. Condition: This item was used once when helping out another rescue group with a transport of a much larger dog than what we have in our rescue. The box was slightly damaged when I opened the box, but the pet safety restraint is in perfect working condition with no flaws, chew marks, rips or flaws.
