Lucerne Watch Swiss Pendant Fob Only Gold Tone Mechanical Vintage NOT Working

Vintage Lucerne Watch. This pendant watch (there is NO chain) is vintage form the 1970's. It is NOT working and I am not one to fix watches. Tone is gold and there is some marks/wear on the face side, probably from being worn at some point. It has not been worn since the 70's and was recently uncovered in a box.
