Vintage L.E. Smith Black Amethyst Glass Trophy Vase ~ Embossed Dancing Nymphs Lovely Art Deco style trophy-shaped vase in classic LE Smith black/amethyst glass. The front of the vase is embossed with a pair of dancing nymphs/ladies in sort of a heart-shaped pattern, one holding ribbons, the other a snake (?), accented by flowers and foliage. The reverse surface is smooth giving a more classic display option. Nice vintage condition. Great for collectors of 20th century glass. Would be a perfect vessel for some bold pink or blood red roses. A nice piece for a Halloween display. This vase was produced for several decades, marking on bottom appears to date this vase to 1970s production era. NOTE: Posting is for the vase only. Please ask if any questions!
