As my collectors know, Fantastic Merchandise is early Bespaq, one of the finest and most expensive lines of dollhouse miniature furniture. Just look at the combination of fabrics, fabulous! The room divider and rug are included but are not Bespaq (Fantastic Merchandise). The divider is reversible, as seen in the photos. The sofa did have the hind leg re-glued by the estate owner.
