The madeleine dress has gorgeous lace bodice, fluffy tutu tulle and it’s sleeveless. V cut on the back. The dress has a gorgeous satin belt to tie like a holiday bow. Size 12-18 months. Only worn once for the photoshoot. Excellent condition.

Hi there; is the satin bow functional in that it can cinch the waist of the dress in tighter for a toddler who is on the smaller side?
