The bust is adjustable around a tiki wooden looking o ring that's probably plastic. I think you can adjust to where that ring either shows or not. It ties back in a halter. Worn once for a photoshoot then hand washed, never swam in. Only flaws I can find are gaps in seam where the striped bust meets the blue body and on the left side at the bottom of the stripes. And a tiny black dot on a pink stripe and along that area there are tiny little snags.
