This the the Penelope dress by Unique vintage which features crossover straps across the chest and clasps behind the neck to form a halter. There’s a back vent as well as zip closure. This is very much like the Rita, but a wiggle instead. Knee length. Worn once. Size, x-small in excellent used condition. I think this may be discontinued. Measurements laying flat: Waist - 11.5” (stretches up to 14.5”) Pit to bottom hem - 32.5”
