Handmade lace inlay blazer and tulip skirt set perfect for wedding-unfinished

Bought and used as a project to add more feminine aspects to this. The lace and tulip skirt were hand-added. However, didn’t finish the project fully. The area that needs finishing is small- the zipper area still needs to be finished and just under it where the first layer of tulip begins. You can do this yourself and have a wonderful and unique set, OR take it to a Taylor and they should do it relatively cheaply.
