Gently used girls size 16 dress. Dress is wrinkled and that might be why the liner hangs lower than the actual dress, see photos. Since the item is 100% viscose there might be some loose threads on the fabric. Waist stitching seems uneven, I tried to capture in photo. Due to the print it’s hard to see.
