Hi hun are these fitted throughout the whole leg, kinda like bike shorts? or are they more baggy around the leg? And do they have any stretch to them or are they 100% cotton?

They are the relaxed style jeans that were made into shorts, so they are not skinny like biker shorts. They no longer fit me, or I would have offered to model them. Also, these do not have much of a stretch. They are an older style.
