Vince Camuto brand women’s fit and flare dress. New without tags. Has pleats in a full skirt with side pockets pit to pit 18". length 35.5 ". Navy with red floral jacquard fabric. Fully lined. Very well made. Size 12 but can be worn by 10 as well. Runs slightly small.
