Such a great piece. This one is from Older Brother's hand-me-down collection, so it was made with upcycled and scrap materials; that means there are some wear spots that are completely intentional (examples in the photos). Gorgeous indigo dye.
Unisex sizing, so this extra small is closer to a women's small. It would probably work for a medium as well.

Sleeve from shoulder seam: 20"

I've worn it a few times, but only around the house for a few hours total. It's in excellent shape.
